Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Strava Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Service Scope

Strava Studio provides professional creative and digital services including, but not limited to: Logo Design, Video Animation, Motion Graphics, UI/UX Design Support, and Digital Branding. All service details are defined under a project-specific Scope of Work (SOW) or written agreement.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

A. Client Ownership

Once the project is completed and full payment has been received, the Client receives complete ownership and intellectual property rights to the final delivered files. This includes finalized logos, animations, UI designs, and other approved project outputs.

B. Source Files

Unless included in the SOW, Strava Studio retains ownership of original working files such as project files, editable assets, and development documents. If the Client wishes to obtain source files, this must be purchased separately.

C. Portfolio Rights

The Client permits Strava Studio to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials (website, social media, etc.) unless restricted by a signed NDA.

3. Payment Terms & Project Termination

A. Payment Schedule

Strava Studio begins the design or development process after the Scope of Work (SOW) is accepted. Full payment is required before the delivery of final files. Final deliverables such as HD videos, logo files, UI components, and source assets are released after payment is complete.

B. Termination

Either party may terminate the project through written notice. If terminated by the Client, all work completed until that point must be paid for as per agreed pricing. Strava Studio will provide the corresponding deliverables upon payment.

4. Print & Fulfillment Services

A. Print Accuracy

Strava Studio ensures all print files are created using correct specifications such as CMYK, margins, and bleed settings. However, we are not responsible for colour variations or print quality issues caused by external print vendors.

B. Third-Party Fulfillment

If the Client uses print-on-demand or third-party manufacturing, necessary data (such as shipping details) may be shared solely to complete the order.

5. Limitation of Liability

Strava Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, revisions, third-party issues, or service usage. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the project in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of , without regard to conflicting legal principles.
